AdminHistory | Ravenseft were the appointed developers when Livingston Development Corporation went ahead with the creation of a Regional Shopping Centre in Livingston. From 1955 Ravenseft had been a full subsidiary of Land Securities, its name changed accordingly in the 1980s. Ravenseft signed a 125 year lease for the Almondvale Shopping Centre in 1975, and funded Phase II and III of the Centre in the 1990s and 2000s. When the Corporation wound up it sold the land outright to Land Securities. The company still owns and manages The Centre in Livingston. |
