AdminHistory | Once monthly and prior to each Board meeting, the Chief Officers/Directors met with the General Manager/Chief Executive. These meetings held several functions: to compile reports for the Board's agenda; to approve and action certain items that did not affect Corporation policy and were within agreed spending limits; and to recommend new items for the agenda of the Board. The Chief Officers' recommendations were in turn based on the work of their Deputes (Section Heads from 1991) who also met once monthly, and who similarly compiled reports and scaled up items to the Chiefs' meetings, depending on the limits of their delegated authority. |

With the several re-organizations of the Corporation that were geared towards Wind-Up, starting in the late 1980s, the keeping of copies of minutes within the Department of Housing and Community Development appears to have become sporadic and, as such, the minutes through the 1990s are incomplete and, in places, duplicated. There are also no minutes kept for this series before 1982. |
