| AdminHistory | Prior to the monthly Deputes' and Chief Officers' meetings, senior staff from each section of the Housing and Community Development department would meet to discuss reports and issues, and to liaise between the two sections that operated largely independently from one another. A policy meeting was also held once monthly to concentrate on planning and policy, and usually followed the Board meeting. Housing and Community Development separated in 1990 at which, point this series of minutes cease. |
