AdminHistoryThe Board of the Livingston Development Corporation met once monthly. A vast majority of senior staff meetings, team meetings, and departmental meetings were based around the Board's meetings calendar; either to ready material in preparation for the Chief Officer's meetings, which met prior to the Board meetings, or to review the decisions that were made by Board members and how they might affect policy, operational practices and ongoing projects.

There were several layers of staff within the housing department. In 1988 there were weekly meetings of the senior staff of the Housing and Community Development sections, monthly policy meetings, monthly meetings of sections, meetings of the Craigshill Deans/Knightsridge teams, group meetings of Housing Assistants, group meetings of Senior Housing Assistants, meetings of the Housing Management section, and meetings of the Housing Development section.
