The group consisted of senior management of the department, including Chief Officer David Kelly, Community Development Officer Grahame Robertson, Senior Housing Officer John Reid, Area Housing Officer Diane Heathwood, and Assistant Community Development Officer (Tenant Participation) Margaret Prior. The remit of the group was to plan and monitor the development of tenant participation in Livingston, and to support the assistant Community Development Officer (Tenant Participation) in this task.
The group changed its name in 1987 to the Residents Participation Working Group to reflect the growing number of home owners within Livingston. |
