AdminHistory | After having helped to create resident's associations in Livingston from 1985, the Development Corporation remained in contact with the groups. The number of these groups varied, rising and falling as groups formed then fell into abeyance with a lack of enthusiasm or members. The corporation provided these associations with funds to train, so that they were able to properly run their associations; attended conferences and received surveys from them; as well as liaising via correspondence. |
