AdminHistoryThe housing department was administered from a central office, with policies, procedures and training reviewed by the Housing Development Section. Financial procedures were set by the Chief Finance Officer.

An off-site computer system was in place from 1971. A new on-site computer system for the housing department was introduced in 1986.
