AdminHistoryALBUS was a fully converted, mobile double decker bus that travelled around Livingston with the aim of making learning opportunities available to people in areas of high unemployment. It was sponsored by the Lothian Regional Council Community Education and Adult Basic Education Service, and received funding from urban aid from the Scottish Office, originally for a period of 4 years to 1992.
