| AdminHistory | In 1983-1984 the Livingston & District Council on Disability initiated a report to identify the number and needs of all sick and disabled persons within the Livingston area.
This first report was built upon in 1986-1987 when a second survey was carried out. Additionally, the Livingston & District Council on Disability, with aid from the Livingston Development Corporation, undertoko an advertising campaign on the dangers of hypothermia. They also introduced a home gardening, decorating and library service for persons wiht disabilities. |
