AdminHistory | The Corporation acted, for the large part, as an overseeing body. Once it had developed the design briefs and sent them out to tender its role became one of overseeing the work of the various developers, contractors and consultants. Ravenseft was the developer appointed to build the Regional Centre. Development of the centre was given Stage A approval in 1972 by the Scottish Office. |
