Date1994-1996
TermEnvironmental engineering
AdminHistoryPrior to winding up in 1996, the Corporation commissioned a number of environmental studies on residential, commercial and industrial areas in Livingston. These were to provide information to potential purchasers prior to the dissolution of the Corporation.

The studies were generally desk studies with a brief 'walk-over' of the plots. In addition, the Corporation identified certain plots as being of at risk of ground contamination, as such certain studies include assessments and indications of the likelihood of ground contamination. These reports were not intended as Environmental Audits and were not substitutes for ground investigations.
