AdminHistoryMaitland was ordained in to the Church of Scotland in 1940 and remained a Minister until 1983 and his retirement. He worked in parishes in Kircaldy, Edinburgh and Aidrie before taking on the role of Minister in the Livingston Ecumenical Experiment in 1966.
