AdminHistoryLivingston Development Corporation went through a number of organisational changes. At the start of the Corporation, in 1962, there was both a Finance Department and an Administration and Legal Department. In 1990 these two departments were amalgamated to form the Finance and Management Services Directorate. FMSD incorporated a number of functions of Corporation including finance, legal, personnel and training, computer services, and administration. The Directorate transferred to West Lothian Council on 31 December 1996.
